We are grateful for a good performance that we have posted each and every year. This time round, according to the new curriculum, we have again outshone many schools, and our learners have made it.
By God's grace, no student scored an elementary E in any subject. I attribute the performance to the cooperation between us: the teachers, the parents, the learners, not forgetting the directors.

- 2003The school opens
Fort Portal Secondary School is established on Kaboyo Road as an O-Level and A-Level school.
- 2023Best in the Rwenzori region
The best O-Level and A-Level results in the region, and the Rwenzori zone football title.
- 2024Champions again
A second Rwenzori football title, district netball and city athletics titles, and a thanksgiving service at St John's Cathedral.
- 2025Every candidate passes
All 146 UCE 2024 candidates pass, and the football team wins a third Rwenzori title in a row.
- 2026Top of Fort Portal and Kabarole
First in the region at UCE 2025, and six students with 20 points at UACE 2025.
